长期从事新型太阳电池的研究工作,已在相关SCI期刊发表研究论文40余篇,论文被引用1000余次,申请发明专利10余项。入职bd综合下载以来,在钙钛矿太阳电池材料和器件物理方面开展了一些研究工作,获得了国家自然科学基金委、吉林省科技厅和吉林省教育厅等的经费资助,目前实验室已具有完备的材料制备、器件组装、测试分析和数值模拟条件。

研究方向:
钙钛矿太阳电池材料和器件物理:研究无机空穴传输材料和非铅钙钛矿材料的设计制备,以及通过对缺陷态和掺杂态的研究改善器件内部的传输复合过程。
